What is an insurance aggregator?

An insurance aggregator is a network that gives independent agents access to carrier appointments they couldn't get alone. The network pools premium across hundreds of agencies, so the carrier sees one large account while each agent reaches markets that would otherwise require $250K+ in annual premium. In exchange you give up a commission override — typically 2–4%.

Top 10 by agent rating: SIAA (4.4/5), Keystone (4.3), FirstChoice (4.2), Renaissance Alliance (4.1), Smart Choice (4.1), Darkhorse (4.1), SecureRisk (4.0), Brightway (4.0), ASNOA (4.0), First Connect (4.0). Keystone reports the lowest override at 1–3%.
